Below for your convenience click on the link for step by step instructions on how to; manage users, Place QuickApp orders, Place Data Entry orders, Drug Test orders and Retrieving results.
Managing Users – Click on this link, it will walk you thru a step by step on how to manage your users. Please note only the primary contact and administrator are set up with Admin access. If you need to manage your users but do not see an ‘Admin’ tab please contact your administrator or SEG for assistance.
Placing Orders QuickApp – Click on this link, it will walk you thru a step by step on how to place a QuickApp order. We strongly recommend way you place all orders for background checks and drug testing. This sends a secured link to all potential new hire applicants to ensure all information and forms are completed online.
Placing Orders Data Entry – Click on this link, it will walk you thru a step by step on how to place a data entry order. If you choose this option then you will be responsible for all of the potential new hire applicant’s information then getting all the forms signed and in the system.
Drug Test Ordering – Click on this link, it will walk you thru a step by step on how to order a drug test for potential new hire applicants. Please note your account must be set up for electronic drug test ordering, please contact us if you are not sure. We also strongly recommend we set to QuickApp as your default so the potential new hire applicant can schedule the drug test.
Retrieving Results - Click on this link, it will walk you thru a step by step on how to retrieve your results for potential new hire applicants. This is where you are able to review all completed reports, background checks and drug test results for all potential new hire applicants.
